As our Director of Client Relations, Melany is responsible for performing various administrative duties to support the field manager and producers in their sales and marketing operations. Her job involves sorting and distributing incoming mail with adherence to compliance regulations, performing routine administrative duties using Microsoft Office to include typing of miscellaneous correspondence and routine letters, operating telephone console for all incoming phone calls, interpreting policy status, coordinating new applicant procedures, processing routine service requests, and assisting with the preparation of recruiting kits and producer kits.
Starting back in 2005 as a Recruiting Coordinator, Melany became a site Coordinator and then a Client Experience Administrator. Melany has gained 14 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry and holds awards in Quality Service and Achievement. Her expertise is in the wealth advisory department and the onboarding of new employees.
Melany currently resides in Middletown, DE with her husband, Greg, and her three boys, Gregory, Caleb, and Brandon. During her time away from the office, she enjoys hiking and cheering on her favorite hockey team. Go Flyers!
